Many of our peppers are starting to ripen! They are turning beautiful colors. One of the Hot Portugals, pictured here, was perfectly ripe last week so Bill tried and said it's kind of fruity, but also hot. I'm getting ready to harvest all these other beauties...now I guess I need to figure out what to do with them!
